happy times together...

A day without laughter is a day wasted.A happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances, but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes.A joyful heart is the inevitable result of a heart burning with love.A kind heart is a fountain of gladness, making everything in its vicinity freshen into smiles.A laugh is the shortest distance between two people.Today is a Happy Day because I say it is.A Happy Day is a day when I wake up and have a smile on my face before my feet hit the floor.A Happy Day is when I am feeling good about myself and about all those I encounter.The Constitution only guarantees the American people the right to pursue happiness.  You have to catch it yourself.Even if happiness forgets you a little bit, never completely forget about it. Happiness is never stopping to think if you are. Most people would rather be certain they're miserable, than risk being happy.The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.If only we'd stop trying to be happy we could have a pretty good time.Happiness is always a by-product.  It is probably a matter of temperament, and for anything I know it may be glandular.  But it is not something that can be demanded from life, and if you are not happy you had better stop worrying about it and see what treasures you can pluck from your own brand of unhappiness.Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier.  The way it actually works is the reverse.  You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want.

what is destiny??

A consistent soul believes in destiny, a capricious one in chance. As long as we are persistence in our pursuit of our deepest destiny, we will continue to grow. We cannot choose the day or time when we will fully bloom. It happens in its own time.

suhot spring in capiz..

There's a place in Dumalag, Capiz, paradise Philippines that is popular for it ice-cold water found at the arched cave's entrance. The place is called the Suhot Cave. It is only 300 meters away from the provincial road. The hill's facade is honeycombed with caverns of different sizes. At the cave's arched entrance is a swimming hole. The water here is ice-cold because its source is an underground stream gushing through the cave. Inside the mountain are chambers of varying sizes wearing curtains of stalagmites and stalactites.

Suhot is believed to have a connecting tunnel to the Badiang Cave, Dumarao, paradise Philippines since both caves are found in the same mountain only 6 kilometers apart from each other. Badiang's elevation is higher than that of Suhot.

My friend take several pictures last week on the said place and here it is. This was taken using his N73 Cellphone, next time I'll try to take more pictures from this place (I'll try if I can go inside the cave ).

is in the lower lying middle section of Boracay Philippines. White beach with all its resorts are part of Yapak Barangay. This would be the hub of Boracay.3. Barangay Manoc-Manoc is located, you guessed it, in the southern end of Boracay. Manoc-Manoc is not as commercialised as the other Barangay’s. It is a peaceful and quiet area and for those who are keen to take photos, you can catch some great images across to Caticlan on Panay.

I'm happy to honor you parents, for your wisdom, guidance and the examples you have set, Examples of how to treat others in life and the example of the more you give the more you get.
The lessons in life you managed to teach me have stayed with me throughout the years, To help my courage and to eliminate my uncertainties and fears.
As I've grown into adulthood I have found, the riches and wealth of wisdom you've given me to be sound.
